I will give them the benefit of the doubt for next 24hrs however, i ordered my lenses from lensmarketplace.com on the 5th July, shipping took approximately 15 days. I recieved a confirmation of shipping email on the 18th July and tracked my lenses immediately. However the tracking Info has not changed since the day of shipment. I have called the postal service here In the UK and was told, after giving them my tracking number, that there is no item with that number in the UK, so since the 18th my package hasn't left Brazil :/

I have no idea where my lenses are in the world, however I do know they aren't in The country they're supposed to be im. I haven't heard anything back yet from Lensmarketplace.com.

I will give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they will reply and provide an explanation, if I recieve my lenses this week I will remove this post. I shouldn't have been waiting this long for them and it's not great to hear others have had similar problems with lensmarketplace.

The real issue is that they aren't even in the UK yet and there's no tracking info from Brazil. So I have no idea what's going on. I want a refund so I can order from another company. Let's see if lensmarketplace respond to my email. Will update this post If they do, if they don't I will take legal action.

False Alarm - my lenses are on their way

My lenses are on their way to the UK and Alex responded to me, looks like they had a back log of emails which led to late reply. So false alarm, thankfully I haven't been scammed.
I guess you have to be patient when ordering from abroad, but it can seem alarming when things are taking so long ad you seem to not be getting a reply. But It pays to be patient in this case
