Leo Jeremias - PD PR Solutions INC - Scammed Business Partner Out Of Almost $10,000
We worked together, we started to not see eye to eye as business partners, he was going to paid to walk away from business, then decided not to, i sold my half at $3,000 a month for at least 12months with the possibility of - 18 months*.
As I managed the business and dealt with clients day in and day out , while working on projects hands on , managing vendors, sub contractors.....I had to package up all clients and business info , along with instructions on where everything was located, all products/softwares/scripting we purchased/created and what to do for each client.
Leo pretty much paid 6 months with out many problems, then the 7th month he fell short $600, then for 3 more months shorted me $1000 a month, and on the 4th month when payment was due, he sent nothing, with only 2 months left in initial arrangement, not including the back owed amount=$3600
So now Leo is burning me for $9,600.00 - causing me to just about lose everything ,including the roof over my head, my family, and my freedom....
Beware of Leo Jeremias, he talks a good game , but is very selfish, self centered, arrogant, has no emotions, and can not be trusted .
So prospective clients, business partners, or investors BEWARE!!!!

friend , is a b####!!!

Hey Everyone-
Just wanted to let everyone know this is partially my fault for not being patient
in response from him and his company....just happens to often , we all have to do
what we have to do to survive.
Leo Jeremias and PD PR solutions INC - ARE NOT BAD COMPANIES/People...
Unfortunately , I was responded to just a short while after I posted this report
on Leo and his businesses. So for whatever it is worth , I am sincerely sorry for
the report.
We have worked together for about 4 years with NO problems at all for the most
part, until now ....which problems and mis-communications are all resolved.
Patience is a virtue, but sometimes patience can ruin a life as well...
When there are peolpe relying on funds that are supposed to be there on a pre set
day and emails are not responded to , with a family to provide for....sometimes we
have to take the extreme route.
Everyone needs to understand that ripoffreport is no joke and should be used as an
absolute last resort, I was blinded by anger and way to much stress on the
home front when I filed this report.... As i did so in a rapid fashion, I did not
notice that once a report is made it can almost never be taken off.
Furthermore, I take no great pride in doing anything negative and this is the
first time I have ever had to. When Leo and I worked together I used to fight
about putting negative PR out about people/businesses when asked to....
So any prospective client, business partner, investor-
Leo is not a bad guy at all, he has been a man of his word up until this small
infraction.... Thats why we worked together for 4 years with no problems- which
should speak plainly and loudly in itself....
Also note - we were partners on a subsidiary business of PD PR solutions INC. I received payments from PD PR solutions.
