Purchased a set of tires at this location. Went in for routine tire rotation, and was told it would take "about an hour". At 1.5 hours, I go to service desk and inquire "how much longer?". Fifteen minutes later the "service advisor" calls me over and proceeds to tell me they have found needed repairs that would total $700. I decline, and leave with my car. Three days later, I take my car to a trusted mechanic, and ask them to do an inspection of "problems" Les Scwab had found. Guess what?... the "problems" were bogus, and the repairs were unnecesary. Do not trust these guys.
