Their promise of "free" rotation and balancing is nothing but a scam. Once you buy tires from them, you are on your own and you will have no choice but to take your car somewhere else for tire maintenance.
Also, note that Les Schwab doesn't carry most popular tire brands. Instead, they have their own brands, which are manufactured by the same tire companies and "rebadged" in order to keep you from directly comparing tire prices. All part of the scam. They especially have predatory sales practices aimed at women.
If the late Les Schwab were to walk into one of the stores bearing his name now, he would be so ashamed of what his company has become.
