Les Schwab tire Repair service and customer service skills need to improve A.S.A.P. Galt, California

 July 14th. Saturday My husband took the car to Les Schwab had a nail in the tire. When husband came home were ready to go out of town. I saw a big bulged on the sidewall very noticeable. I checked the tire pressure it was 45psi which it was suppose to be at 32psi maximum. So took it back to Les Schwab Manager Alex was very rude he didn't want to acknowledege there mistake. Alex was trying to get my husband to explain what made him think what happened to the tire I guess he thought my husband didn't know what he was talking about. Alex probably thought my husband didn't know nothing about fixing a tire. But husband does have experience in that field. Alex was very angry he told my husband that they should had never fix the tire. That's because he know he had to replace it. Alex wanted to replace it with a used one but told him original tire is not even a year old. So with an attitude he went ahead and put a new tire.

After the car was done the guy that worked on the tire admitted he pinched the tire and caused the bulged. I'm very dissapointed that they were very dishonest and very poor customer service skills specially the manager Alex. And that I'm stuck with one mismatched tire which the original was all the same. The new tire had a flat they used an old valve stem they should've known to put a new one on. I can't trust them anymore taking it somewhere else...
