Over the last 4 years I've had Les Schwab Tire Center maintain my vehicle and in the last year on three different occassions for three different issue I have had to take my vehicle back to have the work corrected.
1st time - Strut's had to be replaced but when they gave it back to me it squeeked really bad. They said just give it time it will go away. 2 months later it actually worse so I take it back in only to find out that the technician installed them incorrectly so they replaced them and things where fine.

2nd time - replace brakes but this had to bring the vehicle back in again becasuse the brakes where defective so they put on a 2nd set but within 3 weeks I had to take it back in again becasue when I pressed on the break I could feel this dragging sensation so they told me that it take 500 miles to break the pads in so I should not hit my breaks very hard for the first 500 miles. They replaced them with a differnt type of pad that does not require a break in time but now i am going to have to take it back in becasue i am still getting this dragging/grabbing sensation.

3rd thing - I took my truck in for rotation and balance and I asked them to check my rotors which they did. They called me around 10 in the morning to advise me that my right rotor did need turning so I authorized them to do that which was a cost of about $95 dollars. When I picked up the truck I asked them if they had turned the rotar and they told me no that I had to rescheduled that even though they had the truck until 6 pm. By the time I had my first opportunity to take the truck back in with was about 2 weeks later they told me that my rotars had to be replaced so now the cost is $600 dollars or so. I was pissed! a job that should have cost me $95 now is costing me $600.

I do feel that this is this store I never had problems with any other Les Schwab stores.
