My turning signal was bad so I figured this is a older model should be more than 200 bucks 300 at best boy was i wrong they keep my care a few hours just to change the bulbs by which the parts wasn't even $60 bucks and charged me 300 for labor. Rip off artist there's no way it took 3 hours to do this job and there wasn't another car in site when i brought my car in. I only want Cadillac dealers working on my car but it will probably be smart to take it in a 7am when they open to get it out fast as possible and site there and wait.

THE FLAT RATE BITE!

General motors pays them between 30% and 70% of that based on the job.
So you as the owner of the vehicle get an accurate estimate and a guaranty the work is done properly.
A good Mechanic that works hard can do 12 hrs of repairs in an 8 hr day, an average mechanic will do between 7 and 8 hrs work in 8 hours.
Did you get ripped off?
PROBABLY
I doubt any tail light bulb set takes three hours to change.
Rather than the inherently unfair to consumers dealer business model I suggest you find a good general mechanics shop and rely on them instead.
The Federal Government has laws in place that prevent The auto Manufacturers from preventing the release of all the technical information to repair your car properly. A good repair shop subscribes to a service that collects and publishes this info.
There is no reason to take an off warranty car to the dealer!
