Mr. Chase claimed to be a big nightclub promoter that owns several nightclubs around the US. He placed an ad on facebook stating that he had groovecrusie tickets for sale 2 tickets for $300. I Western Unioned him $300 and never got any tickets or a refund. He also got me for another $50 by stringing me along about payment problems. Either way he has done this many of times. Also used my limo company to try and sell packages accepting payments via western union or money gram.
