Let's Ride LLC SOLD ME A CAR WITH NO TITLE & MAJOR ISSUES Buford , Georgia

On October 26, 2012 I purchased a 1998 Lincoln Town car executive from this dealership and drove over two hours to pick it up.... I originally found this car on craigslist and when I called the number the lady made me believe the car was for sale PRIVATELY and when I arrived at the address she gave me it was nothing more than a shitty used car lot.... When I arrived I looked over the car and everything seemed fine cosmetically but I saw it needed a few things.... Well I decided to buy the vehicle for 2,000.00 cash and we signed all of the paperwork and she told me she would send the registration off to the state and it would arrive in 5 - 10 business days.... 

Here it is November 25, 2012 and NO TITLE has arrived and the state informed me that nothing has even been sent to them PERIOD! They will not return my calls and I have no clue as to what to do because my temporary registration expired as of today.... These people are crooks and the lowest of the lowest.... I mean when I got the car back to Pine Mountain, Georgia WE FIND OUT that the cars radiator had been JB Welded, Cooling fans were non operational, major oil leaks and I mean the total cost of work to be done came to 1500.00 which I paid to have the car fixed.... Can someone please help and tell me that they cannot legally get away with this??? Please....
