This is a company that appears to be run and staffed by morons. I ordered four phones on May 14. They arrived a few days later. My son decided he wanted to change his phone, a Motorola W490 and I requested and received an RMA number. At the time, I asked that this working phone be exchanged for a Nokia model. I was told okay. I sent this working phone back at my expense. On May 29, a box arrived. I opened it and guess what? Another, identical Motorola W490 was in the box. The same model that I had returned for a Nokia! I called for another RMA number and sent this one back at my expense. This time they were out of the Nokia and I asked for A Samsung blaster. On June 6, the phone arrived. It was not the Samsung blaster. It was ANOTHER Motorola W490! I then sent off a letter by certified mail to the chief executive officer, supposedly a Delly Tamer. I have heard nothing. It is impossible to talk to anyone in authority. From their inability to follow-through, it's obvious that this company is run and staffed by morons. If you want to deal with them YOU DO SO AT YOUR OWN RISK! I haven't even gotten into the rebates yet, but I expect more problems!
