My next correspondence from LetsTalk was this email I received on 11/26/08:
We are writing to inform you that we have recently changed rebate providers. As you may have heard, the recent economic turmoil has taken a significant toil on many companies, one of which was our rebate processor. We are committed to honoring your rebate and have taken action to minimize any impact to you. We will make sure you receive your LetsTalk.com rebate! The only difference is that it will be in the form of a debit card instead of a physical check. This debit card will offer all the flexibility of a physical check (including the ability to cash it) and is also accepted anywhere Visa is accepted. You should expect to receive your debit card in the mail in the next 2-3 weeks. In the meantime, if you have any questions, please feel free to email us at *******letstalk.com and we will be happy to address any questions or concerns you may have.
We apologize for the inconvenience and greatly appreciate your patience.

I am normally a very patient person but after contacting this company via the email address provided three times and also contacting them through their online contact form 3 times with absolutely no response, I called LetsTalk's previous rebate processing number and to which I received no information and found out that they no longer have record of my rebate information and it had been sent to another processing company. For which they had no contact information nor did they know the name of the company. RIGHT! So then I called LetsTalk directly. I was on hold for at least 40 minutes only to be told they don't have a contact number either! I asked if they knew the name of the processing company. The cust serv rep said no body there knew the name. So...I have no idea what to do about this at this point.
I do not want to let this go too long in fear that it will definately fall through the cracks and I'll never recieve this rebate.
Also, after reading all of the bad reports on LetsTalk regarding their shipping procedures, merchandice quality, and fraudulent rebate procedures, I am in disbelief that a company like Walmart could be associated with them.
