Up to now I NEVER got anything back. Only promises. And idiotic E-mails nobody can explain them.Tried to speak to a Manager - I cannot get them! They never there. Even a voice mail is not working and when it is working nobody calls back. It's like somebody still from you!
Please, help to get my cases back.
