I agree 100% with what she said. Last week Rodney took it upon himself to ask my wife to leave and canceled her membership. I was out of town called home and she was very upset. She then told me how Rodney was Rude, Very Short, and Embarrassed her. We have lived in Delray for 15yrs and been a member of Level 5 for 4-5yrs with no problems. This guy Rodney has just moved here and apparently has a short fuse. Maybe he should move back.
Do the owners realize Rodney is taking money out of their pocket by acting a little aggressive and canceling memberships without the customer requesting to cancel? He is calling Level 5 "His House". Well, Level 5 is not your house Rodney it is a place of business in which you should learn how to treat customers.
To the owners.....Rodney is a POOR choice for management. If you want to continue loosing customers keep him.
