Level3.com unknown...but qwest acknowledges calls come from qwest!!!! Annoying hang up calls every evening. Nothing is said and when I try to use callback, it just clicks. Phoenix, Arizona

We are seniors and receive hang up calls every evening from 480-389-2215. It is extremely annoying since we both have health problems. I have called the police, and Qwest and Level3.com which is supposedly the owner of the number. Qwest says the calls "are coming from Qwest and will cease"...(not yet)...Level3 gave me an 800 number which was supposed to be "where we send people needing help". IT WAS A SEX LINE. Try it...18003485477....not much of a customer service!!
I suspect a local joker who argued with me the other night when I told him we were on the DO NOT CALL list and have been since 2007. Who is behind these calls? Better yet, why can't we get them stopped?
Anyone interested in hiring a lawyer and filing a class action suit?
