Noticed rip, contacted Stainsafe after waiting 45 minutes, which to my horror is actually not too long to wait as future calls would prove. File claim May 03. "Please wait 14 days". No response.
Called Stainsafe once again, recived claim notice June 29,2003. Repairman came out July 14,2003 could not make the repair. I noticed as he pulled the sofa out there were a few nuts and bolts that had come out of the sofa. Was told to contact Levitz. Thus the nightmare begins!
After numerous phone calls and faxes I relized that there is no accountabilty to be found anywhere in the Levitz Corp.
July 21, 2004 I then contacted Levitz Corp. In Boca Raton, Fl told them I would Like to speak with CEO of the company. No CEO, instead I spoke with Nicole she seem to understand my situation cliamed she would do her best to rectify the problem. "Wait 14 days".
Febuary 2, 2005 called Nicole 10 days later received new cover for one side of the sofa. This still has not rectify the problem. I will call again Believe me, NOT LOVIN IT AT LEVITZ!!
