I would not recommend Lexington Overstock to anyone. The furniture, mattresses and accessories carry high quality brand names, but the products themselves are discards. I'm not talking about a tear, scratch or dent here and there. These are NOT overstock items, they are damaged furnishings.
If you must go there, be sure to get their warranty policy in writing on your receipt with their signatures. Check the delivered goods out within 2 weeks else be prepared to live with it.
If you do not get their warranty policy in writing (6 months to 1 year depending on the individual item), they WILL tell you that their furniture is AS-IS and that they have never had a warranty policy.
These folks are not authorized dealers for any of the products they sell, so if you run out of their warranty, the manufacturer cannot help you.
You may get lucky and find a couple of good products, but my recommendation is to check every square inch of the furniture, test your mattresses and accessories as soon as they are delivered.
BE SURE TO TAKE PICTURES of any problem areas from the very beginning and e-mail them consistently. Else you will find your business transaction going sour very, very quickly. Consider yourself warned.

LexingtonOverstock.com is a great place to buy furniture! I'd recommend you check out their website and stop by one of their weekend sales. They're always packed with people and undercutting the local stores' prices. That's why they get attacked on these blog sites by local stores and weirdos selling out of storage units.
LexingtonOverstock.com should consider suing these angry competitors for libel.
In order to remove FALSE statements from their website, RipOff requires the falsely accused to pay them $2000. Who's ripping off whom?

All non-warranty items are CLEARLY MARKED on the goods. MOST ALL Items are fully warranteed JUST LIKE A STORE. Lexington Overstock uses our Weekend Sales to clear merchandise out of the warehouse at HUGE discounts. Some of those items include merchandise that is marked down so significantly that we don't offer extended warranties. These include scratch & dent items, cancelled /returned internet orders, etc. Those items clear have our NO WARRANTY disclaimers on them. In fact, the sign when you walk in CLEARLY reads "All items are fully warranteed, UNLESS MARKED OTHERWISE".
Whoever filed this bogus claim either 1) owns a store or 2) works at a store. Why else would they make claims that we aren't AUTHORIZED dealers, and then copy & paste this same on other sites??
