trust me on this go to your bank and put a stop pay on them (elect. check), report your credit or debit card stolen, copy this webpage of all the other people ripped off and attach to your bank form for the stop pay (do it on paper). they are so screwed they say they want you to provide them with your credit reports, they should get themselves, and give you a link to make it easier but by clicking on the link it makes the credit bureau see your report as conflicted due to using their link they will force to you to request via snail mail, then turn around to snail mail to lexington eating up more time. it's the perfect hussle really, named law firm to discourage people from suing them and making them look legitimate. basically they sell you this money back guarantee satisfaction, but only available after you make a year of payments to them. if you cancel early because they puposely clue you in on the con you don't get the money back guarantee. Hypothetically if you can stand paying for a year to be ripped off (& the monthly payment x 12 ...which they know you aren't good at doing (making payments on time) or you wouldn't even need them! per another member on this site, they still don't pay. what kind of world do we live in, if I were in office, i would make companies provide a moral contract to operate honestly and produce results.
