This reflects my own personal experience TRYING to order a Liberator Plus Wedge. I am writing this review to help save other customers from the hassle that I have received. This review is about the company only. I can not review the product because the company wanted me to justify why I wanted to purchase their product.

On Monday night we decided to order the Liberator Plus Wedge. We made this decision after reading all the specs for the product on the website. During the check out process we were asked several times to confirm that the order was correct; it was correct. We choose to pay almost thirty dollars for second day deliver so we could have it soon. We ordered the product and early the next day (Tuesday) I received a confirmation email. So far everything was great.

Tuesday afternoon I received another email from Liberator saying that "We are contacting you to make sure you are aware of the width you already ordered (30 Width) so if this is confusing please call us right away. The order will be on HOLD to ensure we send the correct size therefore its best to respond ASAP." At this point I was confused. "If I do not receive a response in 3 business days, your order will be released and shipped as the size that you have selected."

Why put the order on hold so they can talk to me to confirm its correct? If they are willing to ship it without talking to me in the first place? Why wouldn't they just ship it? I am still so confused by their thought process. Why would I pay so much for shipping so I can have it by the end of the week if they are going to put a hold on my order? It is pointless. If the order had not been correct I would not have hit the submit order button. I simply would have edited the order to change the item and then proceeded with checkout.

This is the part of the email that forced me to cancel the order: "WIDTH: For most people our 24" wide Combo is just right. This is what most of you should order. For plus-size lovers (at least 1 partner 350lbs), our 30" wide Combo offers a few more inches in width and extra support for your lovemaking. However, our 30" products are not ideal for straddling. So if you plan to mostly straddle, consider the 24" Combo.  If you have any questions or concerns, please let me know." So apparently before Liberator will ship me my Plus Wedge I need to call them and tell them our weight and what sex position we use? No way in hell!!! It is not a privilege for use to order from this company but in fact it is a privilege for the company to receive an order from us.

I had to call the customer service number several times before I got an agent. The young lady never bothered to ask me why I was canceling my order. It just served to reiterate  that they did not want to ship the Plus Wedge and they did not care why I no longer wanted any of their products. The only thing that they manage to do right (so far) was to cancel my order.

I truly wanted to order the Liberator Plus Wedge. Should I have to beg Liberator to allow me to order it? Especially since I doubt they are sending emails to the people that bought the standard or mini size? I am not trying to discourage anyone from ordering any Liberator wedge. If we had not thought it was a great product we would not have tried to order it. However if you order the Plus Wedge be ready to justify why you want it.
