The sales manager Max, wanted me to work there. I could not work full time, but we worked on a schedule working 6 hours a half hour for lunch. They paid either 8 dollars an hour or commission. They are deceptive regarding the commission.
I worked there a total of 9 days brought in 3 deals they collected $995 x 3 and think they can pay me for hours not commission.
They did not pay me the first week and never quite made it clear you were making no money for commissions for like 3 months. I have their emails back to me claiming this. They wanted to pay me for 9 days work three deals get this guys $450 dollars...like are you kidding me. Then to top it off they never paid me.
I contacted them, and they don't seem to realize that even though they think we are independent contractors we are employees, and signed documents calling us employees.
The Sales Manager quit, and today I again let them know I did not get a dime from them almost two weeks late, and that I am filing with the labor board and they still think they can diss me and not pay me.
The owner Brian thinks he can do this and there is no consequence, his partner David Christian claims he is in the dark and that they do not owe me this money.
The ad says the commission is one thing they attempt to pay another.
As far as their service....well didn't work there long enough what they are selling is a pro per lawsuit to keep you in your home - they have amateurs like Jessica Jackson who one week was cold calling for clients to no a Senior Agent oh and Ms. Jackson in sales there is a thing called snaking she i a pro plays dumb and steals your business right in front of you all wide eyes and innocent. This is your ace team telling you that you qualify to sue the lender. Yes some people win but they say they are doing this for 9 years and the sales manager said it was two weeks they rolled out this program.
Buyer beware - hire an attorney - yes they can keep you in your home they can also fight your eviction but how can you trust a firm that doesn't pay their sales force will they take your money and not do anything for me one thing goes hand and hand with another.
By the way all the Mass Torte lawsuits are being thrown out of court - so unless you have a new and different situation all you can really hope for is to stall the process or maybe have them approve a loan mod....you do it yourself and pay for the suite $995 month 2 and three $850 then $299 a month for every month you are suing the lender.
