These people said that I was approved to get a credit card with a credit line of $2500. Not with a credit line up to or equal to $2500. I was asked if I would like a mastercard or visa. My credit is not horrible but I am going through a little bit of hard times & i thought it would help. I put these people off 7-8 times. they called at work at home.

So finally at work I gave in. I was told by a Mary White that in 25 days i would get My introductry package w/credit card that had a credit line of $2500 if i paid them $299. I asked many questions but never really answered i was rushed through the application after 25 day passed & i recieved nothing i started to get worried. i pulled up the statment & $299 was debited & there was a phone #. i called serveral times and was given the run around. I was told after the 7th call that they were closed for x-mas & were shorthanded in the shipping department.

To this day i have not recieved anything and when i called and asked what the package consisted of they said paper on how to repair your credit & a credit/debit card offer to get a card that i could deposit $2500 & use.This is not what i was told i was going to get!! I advised them of this & the rep laughed & hung up. I called back asked cindy for name of the president of the company & she said she did not know, she refused all info by saying customer service did not have that info nor would they give it out. i asked her who signed her paychecks cuz most likely that would be a person would i could speak to. she stated it was non of my biz. She was rude & unhelpful. i asked for superviser, i got mandy who did not speak proper english, was very unprofessional.

After not getting any response that would help, i was got angry and called her company a theif and called her a liar. i called her and idiot & a bad person for helping scam people. She advised me never to call cuz i would not get anything from them. she lauphed and then h/u.
