Absolutely terrible. We went with them b/c they guaranteed an early measurement/installation, but later called to reschedule due to backorder issues which didn't make sense to us because prior to us accepting their work, Kathy checked with the warehouse to make sure that the specific merchandise was in. This either means they lied in the beginning to get our service, or someone in the warehouse was simply incompetent. Keep in mind, we shopped around and Home Depot was approximately $500 less expensive but would have to do it a week later than this store, so essentially we paid $500 to have kept our agreed-upon appointment.

Upon rescheduling, they made it sound like they were doing us a favor in their accommodations. The technicians didn't arrive until we called hours after we were told they would arrive, then we found that they had issues due to an incorrect address ; this was ridiculous because during the signup, we commented on the wrong address and were told that it would be fixed. Not only that, but the carpenters damaged the paint job of one of our rooms.

We also instructed Kathy during signup that the key must be put under the mat, to which she agreed to. Then, when the technicians arrived, we all pointed at the same welcome mat and confirmed that we all understood each other. The key was not under the mat the next day which made an issue for our cleaning appointment the following morning, and after a long time investigating, the key turned out to be at the store. Upon calling Kathy, she lied and said we never agreed upon this instruction, rather than accepting fault.

We were unable to contact their supervisor and lodge a formal complaint because he was not even on site--he was at the warehouse, and we weren't given his number for later. The only redeeming quality is that the lady who had to clean up after her colleague's mistakes did so promptly.

I am lucky at http://HomeAdvisor.com is willing to accommodate for their issues due to their excellent service, but I would never recommend Liberty Carpet One to anyone. In fact, they attempted to call Home Advisor after I left a poo review claiming that I was never a client of theirs--a lie, since I was able to give even their name, location, and representative name. They also posted a fake positive review on Yelp to counter my low review, which, by the way, was filtered by Yelp. Shameful.
