The first survey assignment was to evaluate any Western Union store in my area as a way of rating their competence and good customer service relations by doing a funds transfer to the Area Manager, DORLA WILLIAMS.
The second survey assignment was to take out the sum of $70.00 for shopping at one of the retail stores that was listed on the letter: WALMART, WALGREEN, K-MART, SEARS, COSTCO, BEST BUY, HOME DEPOT OR OFFICE DEPOT. The items that I was to purchase would be mine to keep.
I was supposed to call my account manager Mark Armstrong at 1-289-892-4056 for further instructions.
