I am the victim of Omid Delkash and my neighbor bring the restraining order against him. The court hearing date is September 11, 10:30 am in Newport Beach Justice Center
If he owes you money or cheats on you, you can attend the hearing. My neighbor also sue his parents on Small Claims Court. The trial date is on September 4, 8:30 am in Laguna Hill Justice Center. If you like to see Omid Delkash, you probably will see him over there
Many people who posted the message on this board complaint Omid Delkash can always get away from his criminal conduct. The primary reason is the victims don't act together. And he know the loophole of our judicial system. If we act as one strength as consumers, he will be vanished very quickly
