didnt find out that we got scammed till our tax return was missing a few hundred dollars and when we went in to complain about the situation we was told that they wer all legit fees and this was a week ago and gave them xtra time too straighten out it because the tax preparer all the sudden was supossedly in the hospital with bronc and finally called them yesterday morning and was told by the office that they spoke to the preparer the day before on monday and all the fees was legit and got smart with me so i spent all morning calling the corprite office around 15 calls were made and finally threatened a class action law suit and was offered 75 out of the 345 missing and let them know it was an insult and after 3 hours later and many calls too corp office asking for my money back and arguing and arguing they decided tooo offer too give us a refund bigger and only charge us what they charged us last year too do our taxes about 155 incl direct deposit fees of 29.95 and a 20 fee for liberty transmitter which last year i might add was only 10 and a 106 fee for there prep like last year and after another twenty mins on the phone asking for a total refund because they allways say they have a money back guarantee finally got to go and sighn and date a piece of paper for 185 dollar refund which still didnt give us our money back totally but we really needed the money too cover the too bounced checks that happened because of all this scam and they got too keep theyre 29.95 direct depposit fee and theyre transmittion fee and prep fee together totaling up at 53.05 which they would not budge a penny more and if we did not be happy with that 185 out of 268 which was missing would be forced too have nothing untill we would have further persued and tried to take them too court and not knowing how long that would take i accepted the 185 but and still highly upset with all the stress and trouble this has caused on the two of us and we still did not get our money back guarantee. There is still alot more too this situation not stated which would better be explained over a phone which i would do in a heartbeat ..Please Help Sincerely.
