This company recently charged an upfront fee to my Mom's Discover card...they claimned to be able to recover funds that she lost to timeshare re-sale companies...to the tune of $14,000...I have learned by contacting the State Attorney General's Office of Florida that it is illehal to charge that fee upfront until SOMETHING has been done for her...the attorney is nothing but a front for an illegal scam that has hired him to give their small one office company some legitamacy...they are probably the same idiots who ripped my family off to begin with...so don't give any funds upfront to them....end of story...they are a SCAM FRAUDULENT company just like the idiots that ripped off my mom...

I'm not sure what this person is talking about but i have seen their name "ATTORNEY AT LAW" on a couple different "reports" on this site. Mr. Cooks office did an outstanding job for my husband and I. the girls at Liberty Trust were wonderful to speak with and always informative. I think it is very wrong to go on this site and make false statements against a company that is finally assisting consumers in getting their money back permanently, you should be ashamed!!! I am a senior citizen of the Greater Boca Raton, FL and I would tell anyone that i speak to that i am very satisfied with the services that i have received from Liberty and Mr. Cook. they got me back $17,493.25 in permanent credits and now i can say that i am no longer in debt and i will never again allow someone to Rip me Off.

It's a shame that an attorney doesn't have a better command of the written language. The attorney who wrote the rebuttal should return to school for some basic English composition classes.
This isn't about spelling or typos. It's about basic sentence structure, verb tense, word usage, etc.

The person that filed a report on me and Liberty Trust Services is mistaken. I am a licensed attorney and have been very successful in recovering monies for clients that have been scammed by time share selling companies.
I use Liberty Trust Mitigation Services, LLC, which has a web site, Liberty Trust Services.com. to assist in my legal work. To date we have recovered over $120,000 for our clients.
Unfortunately, there are several groups/attorneys that attempt to defame honest companies and attorneys doing a service for their clients. The "Report" that this rebuttal is directed to is proably from someone that is envious our success and thinks that by spreading defamatory comments that we will be damaged and withdraw from our work.
They are wrong. I can provide a list of satisfied clients that have agreed to comment on our results for them. They are quite satisfied; in fact, we have not had any client complain about our services or results.
