after many more e-mails back and forth the last response that was received states"your rebate was entered successfully by 1/27/06. all rebates are under review at the moment. we appreciate your patience in allowing more time for processing we are unable to speed up the time of review, we just need to allow more time."
i have no idea what they mean and am fearful that i will never see a rebate from this company.
