Libertywireless liberty wireless took my order & 3 days later my phone still has not been mailed to me. ripoff! Internet

Three & four days later I call their Cust. service to check on my order and ther rep. tells me that it still has not been mailed. Now, the order is origionally (supposedly) five to seven days...
You do the math; and lets see how much longer it takes to ship out (if at all), and my money has been waiting!

LW claimed they couldn't get my money out of my account for the first payment, then they double billed me. They took $208.64 for a $104.32 bill & three weeks later I'm still fighting to get my money back.
If they do this to you, too, Do NOT rely on what they tell you on the phone. They will lie. If you have been double dipped, have your bank immediately complain for you. My credit union gave me the money back on a provisional credit.
Check your accounts daily to be sure. LW will tell you they only 'show' one payment, or whatever. They will lie. Ask your bank to fax a copy of the proof of the double theft to LW, with a copy to you. LW will tell you it will take 7-10 days to 'get an answer'. That is a lie. Tell then you want an urgent escalation to their so called billing department, with a time certain for contact back.
If you call, you will talk to a filipino who will apologize as if (s)he cared, but do nothing. Tell the liar you will escalate to the BBB, the FCC, the FTC, and the Attorneys General for your state & for MD.
Protect yourself. Getting your money back from these thieves will be difficult, but you need to protect yourself. BTW, AT&T's GoPhone is working very well for me... & I think their call centers are in this country, not outsourced.

My next move will be to contact a LAWYER. I have been a good custmer of Liberty Wireless, and do not deserve the run around that I am getting from them.
