This is a branch office or franchise of a company based out of Ft, Lauderdale Florida that recruits manpower off of the internet with the offer of an hourly wage to "network" with small business owners for them via telephone. Instead its a job dialing at-random as a cold calling telemarketer and you will be paid on a needs basis once or twice per month. At one point they tried to turn the staff into door knockers, no gas card, no mileage reimbursement, no support materials and not even company I.D. to prove your legitimacy as you target poor tired busy retailers in your neighborhood. No one adapted to the new policy so everyone was put back on the phones to telephone solicit. They seem to have learned sales and marketing from listening to Howard Stern broadcasts because they gave pep talks like they belong on Last Comic Standing. I kept expecting Jesse or Eric to yell Ba-Ba-Booey at the staff whenever they signed a customer which was rare. My advice is to avoid contact with these unemployed car salesman both as a staffer and as a potential customer.
