This company is practicing FRAUDULENT marketing and billing practices through its widely publicized ENZYTE product. Consumers who fall for their 'free' trial offer will AUTOMATICALLY BE BILLED $75.00 and be enrolled in an 'ESTABLISHED MEMBER' scam which auto bills you for two month supply even though you do not request to be enrolled in the program! When you call to try and process a return/refund, the ridiculously bus-station level staff tell you (in their undecipherable ghetto speak) that 'THERE ARE NO REFUNDS...call your Bank' and are unbelievably rude, hostile, and are basically a waste of time (and cubicle space).

I have sent a demand letter to both companies legal departments and have copied the Ohio Attorney General and The Better Business Bureau of Ohio. I WILL get a refund or will file small calims against them.
