What a crock of crap. This company that I spoke with totally LIED from the very beginning. The said that they would send a 30 day supply for only 4.50 as a free sample and this 4.50 was for Shipping and handling only and no other charges would be made unless an order was placed using an order form that they would enclosed in the first trial shipment.
Once the guy that took the order got the credit card information, he hung up or was just cut off with my husband and when my husband called them back, no one could help him. Well wasn't this just a convenient way for them to RIP off yet one more of many millions of people!
A week later we get this order. I told my wife about the product, she did research on the product and we decided to discontinue using the product and thought no harm done....we were only out 4.50....so we thought.....that was until they hit our card for 69.95.
After seeing the charge for 69.95 on my bank statement, I immediately called them asking why they deducted money without my written or verbal authorization. The girl that took my call said she would have to call me back. She did call me back and she told me that the pharmaceutical company told her that an order was placed on the internet on 2/16. What they didn't know when they told me this was that I do not use computers, never have, never will. The only computer in my home is my wifes office computer which she has locked down completely when she is not right in front of it, so this right there tells me they are lying through their teeth.
I am canceling my cards and will never again trust a single sole especially LifeKey Healthcare, Inc, the biggest scam artists who needs to get real in how they deal their business.
Oh, btw the way... they called this RIP off their "Customer Satisfaction Guarantee (CSG)" and there is no refunds for orders once shipped, yet the girl that I called in and made a complaint told me that when we get this order (that we did not order) that we could send it back and they would give us a full refund. Like I am going to believe that after they already lied many times before this.
I'll chalk this one up as lesson learned and I will voice my opinion every where I can to add to the already bad name that they have earned themselves...that is, if I dont get a full refund within 15 days.
All future orders have been canceled so she said but I am not going to risk it, I am canceling my card immediately so they dont get another chance to cut our throats!
