My report is pretty much the same as the rest of the people against LIFEKEY INC. I saw an ad for altovis, was suppose to help fight fatigue, i'm a student with a fulltime job so i'm a little low on energy. i thought i would give it a shot plus it was a "free" 30 day sample just pay the shipping. so i did got it not only did it not work it made me very sick, so of the risks i guess. well i noticed a large sum of money roughly $70.00 was taken out of my account. well i didn't know what it is plus i was unable to pay my tution for the month. so i came home and got online to view my account then searched the name on the account that was getting the $70 form and on google, this web site came up so i figured i'd file a report. i'm contacting my bank to see if there's a refund i can get. i guess what they say is true "nothing in life is free"

After seeing the commercials for Enzyte on TV for the hunrdeth time I decided to try their no-risk free trial offer. I ordered and received the product in about a week, I never used it, and a couple of days later I went to the website that they told me would allow for cancelation www.askberkeley.com. YOU CANNOT CANCEL THROUGH THIS WEBSITE! Everytime you click on any link in that site all it does is go through a search engine and give you "google" type responses. THIS WEBSITE IS BOGUS. So I tried calling during the day, but the hold time was in excess of 15-20 minutes everytime! I have business on the phone all day, everyday as I am a promoter. So, I would have to hang-up.
after about a week or so I received my credit card statementand there was a charge for $69.95 from Life Key Healthcare Inc.. I made another attmept on the website, but it is BOGUS! So at 9:30 at night I called their 866 number and had to stay on hold for 15 minutes before a person came on the line! He was an ASSHOLE, and was completley obnoxious. I hung-up on him and called back. I asked for a supervisor, I told her I have been trying to cancel for a while now, that their website was bogus, and that I never received any goods for the $69.95 they had billed me. I told her I would refuse the package and asked to have my credit card account credited. She refused saying that they make NO REFUNDS! I told her that I would contest the charge with my bank (who will side with me), and would also inform the District Attorney for the State fo Florida.....she couldn't care less. When I asked her if she gets complaints like mine, all she could say was " I will only discuss your account sir". That's a yes. I am filing charges with my states DA tomorrow.
BTW this company sells many different products all over TV, here is a list of them so you can avoid them.....
