I recently saw an advertisement in "Rolling Stone" Magazine and in "Playboy" Magazine concerning the product Mioplex. I ordered a 3 month supply from Boland-Naturals. I did not realize that when I ordered this product that there had already been many consumer complaints against the company, Lifekey Healthcare. This company takes advantage of men who are experiencing prostate health problems and problems of ejacualtion.

On the company web site there is no information about the active indredient or inert products of their product. No health warnings or side-effects are mentioned.

Thanks to your consumer web site, I was able to find out the problems that others are having with Lifekey Healhtcare. They do not mention that your order will be shipped automatically every 3 months and billed to your credit card account.

I called the company this morning to find out the return procedure for mailing back their unopenend product. I was told I had to request a form from the company, but nothing was mentioned that the form would have to be notorized. I am in the process of cancelling my order, but in the meantime, my order has been shipped. I have contacted my credit card company about my dispute.

Lifekey Healthcare charges $12.95 for priority and expedited handling which is also a rip-off. The package is shipped by USPS first class mail and not via FedEx or UPS ground as you are lead to believe.

I did a web search for Boland Naturals, Inc., but I did not find any of their products that contained Cernitan, a pollen extract from flowers, that cost $59.95 for a month supply. This apparently is the active ingredient in Mioplex. I am sure that if this Swedish company was aware of the scam that Lifekey Healthcare was pulling in the USA, they would be extremely upset.

I hope this warning will help others who feel the need to purchase this product.

thanks kellie ..I would like to commend you for actually providing us with a real, honest answer.

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

Kellie... I would like to commend you for actually providing us with a real, honest answer. I have found that most of the time company supporters in situations like this either spout vitriolic garbage or plain old lies. You gave us the truth about your company's practices. I dont necessarily agree with those practices, but at least you gave us a straight answer, which is more than I can say for most company supporters on this site. Just one question in the interest of this discussion: have your products been evaluated by the U.S. F.D.A.?

..ADVICE FOR ALL ..This seems to be nearly epedimic in proportions to the amount of complaints everyone is having towards the service of this company.

AUTHOR: C - (U.S.A.)

This seems to be nearly epedimic in proportions to the amount of complaints everyone is having towards the service of this company. So this is what I suggests to all who are not informed of there rights as consumers.

Do this immediately if you already have not. Each consumer has the right to contest ANY charge that may appear on their credit card statement.

Contact your credit card companies and contest the charges if they are not authorized. If many of you do this than this is the effect it should have.

1) The company who runs the web site where you purchased the product from had to attain what is called a MERCHANT ACCOUNT.

Each MA is allowed only so many returns and contestments. After so many of these the merchant account is than cancelled and the company is forced to use other avenues unless they posess multiple merchant accounts. Keep contesting the charges as long as the fraudulantly appear. This also looks bad on the companys credit reporting. I hope this helps.. Best wishes to all.

If you have medical reasons to send back the product we ask for a doctors note saying that the product caused the problems

AUTHOR: Kellie - (U.S.A.)

we do not have any such policey. If you have medical reasons to send back the product we ask for a doctors note saying that the product caused the problems.the only reason that we ask for that is because the product does not show to have side effects, other that that we do not have a return policey,we work with the individual on a individual basis. We dont have a money back return policey because we cannot say the product will work for every person that uses it,just like anything else taken orally. We try to make our customers happy but we cannot make every person happy.

You need a special notarized form to return your product?

AUTHOR: Tim - (U.S.A.)

In Bob's original post he stated that in order to return his unused product he had to get a special form from the company, and on top of that the form actually had to be notarized. The first rebuttalist stated that you have three days from the time you recieve the product to return it with no penalty. Maybe the Lifekey/Boland/whatever supporters can help me out here.

How do you expect people to order and recieve a special form from your home office, get it notarized, and send it back within three days? Even assuming that the three days thing was an error and the customer does have an ample amount of time, why would you make the return policy so difficult? The only reason I can think of is to avoid returns, which doesn't speak well for your business and your product. I've never heard of such a complicated return policy for a simple purchase. Was Bob mistaken as to the return policy, and if not, does anybody have any reasonable justification for it?

clearly stated on ALL INFORMATION!

AUTHOR: Kellie - (U.S.A.)

I have worked for this company for two years, all the info on the auto ship program is clearly stated on the web, on the bottles and in the info that comes with your package.

We have a resposiblity to let the customer know all the info on the product and our policies. You as a consumer have a responsibilty to read

ALL THE INFORMATION THAT COMES WITH YOUR PACKAGE SO YOU CAN MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION ON IF THE PRODUCT IS RIGHT FOR YOU.

Our customer care office is here to help and work with you,but you also have to work with us and be fair.Maybe you should rethink what you have been saying about our company,is it really our fault or yours because you were not a responsible consumer.

Response to "employee"

AUTHOR: Lon - ()

You say the "autoship" program is fully explained when you order and in the booklet that comes with the product.

This is BS and you know it. In my rebuttal to "Greg" on my complaint I quoted verbatim the language in the booklet and defy you to find the word "autoship" anywhere in the booklet or any other language that you will ship every 60 days.
I like your threat to file suit against people who complain. Why don't you "come on down" and file your suit because I intend to continue to expose your RIP-OFF at every available opportunity.

I have complained to the Cincinnati BBB, completed an online consumer complaint to the Ohio Attorney General's office and answered several emails from other complainants recommending they do the same.

Check your facts

AUTHOR: Not - ()

I have worked for both boland naturals and Extenz(their competition)
Extenz claims permanent results...bull...
I feel it is necessary to update your findings before the boland people slap you with a libel suit.

cernitan is 59.95?? for one month?
Mioplex is 49.95 for a one month supply!!
99.95 for a 3 month supply...how is that a rip-off when it saves you money.
also...it does what it claims...
what is the problem...
Every company has claims filed against it... boland does not have any that are not resolved. That is the point...are they unresolved complaints..look at pfizer...Microsoft...

Auto shipping policy is clearly stated in the only paperwork shipped with the product, they are also informed at the time of the sale.

as far as return policy, you have three days from recieving the unwanted product to return with no penalty.
obviously you are funded by this companies competition, and this seems very unprofessional.
