Like all the rest of the complaints on this site about this company. I was impressed by there TV ad and signed up for the free sample. On this site I did not see or notice anything about them to continue to ship products. I was now charged 69.95 with out my concent. I call this company and spoke to a rude lady named Krystal (Emp#4006) and would not help me telling me sorry sir your out of luck. I asked to speak to there legal department and then Ben(Emp#4002) came on line and was very more rude. I advised that I was looking for a legal deparmnet number and he could not provide me with this information. I asked to speak to someone else and he would not let any one else speak to me telling me that there was no on in the office. I expressd that I will need to contact the Ohio Better Business Bureo and also contact the Ohio Attorney General. Then next Robert (Emp#4001) came online and yet again told me that there is small writing on there web site saying you need to call can cancel. Well I did not see anything on that site, Maybe I should of used a magnifi glasses or something. As we spoke I called the Ohio Attorney Genreals office and was given some info about this company and also this web site alone with a few others. They alos advised me to contact the FDA. Well Robert said he wold send a refund package out to me after dening my right to speak to a general manager or operations manager of the call center they are located in. I will be taking this issue further do to the fact I got ill form taking there product.
