Like in all the numerous stories of complaints on this site, about this company and this product, I was impressed by their TV ad and signed up for the free sample. I was supposed to just pay $4.95 for shipping. On this site I did not see or notice anything about them to continue to ship products. I was now charged 69.95 with out my concent.
I called this company and spoke to a rude lady (Emp#4006) and she refused to let me speak to a manager. Had no desire to try to help. Just kept telling me sorry sir your out of luck. I asked to speak to there legal department and then Ben(Emp#4002) came on line and was very more rude. I advised that I was looking for a legal department # and he could not provide me with this information. I asked to speak to someone else and he would not let any one else speak to me telling me that there was no on in the office. I expressd that I will need to contact the Ohio Better Business Bureo and also contact the Ohio Attorney Generals office. Then next Robert (Emp#4001) came online and yet again told me that there is small writing on there web site saying you need to call can cancel.
Well I did not see anything on that site, Maybe I should of used a magnifying glass or something to find where they buried that little bit of info. As we spoke I called the Ohio Attorney Generals office and was given some info about this company and also this web site alone with a few others. They alsa advised me to contact the FDA. Well Robert said he wold send a refund package out to me after dening my right to speak to a general manager or operations manager of the call center they are located in. I will also note that after a week of using this I started having various uncomfortable side affects.
A second number is (866)985-####. I guess another call center. Or since this is a rip-off company they may move every couple of months to make it harder for people to catch up with
them.
Send an e-mail to the Deputy Commissioner of the FDA, Lester M. Crawford. If you would prefer to write and send your own correspondence to the FDA Deputy Commissioner, his contact information is below (removed by ripoffreport):

I am reporting World Gym on Hiway 31 in Pelham.AL 35124. I was a member over there for over 16 months and never late on my payments and a good customer. I even brought him some customers. And one day I had one hundred dollars stolen from me in the locker room, and I caught the guy who did it. I reported him to the owner and the owner told me that his dad was a lawyer and that he didn't need me money, so I asked him why was he stealing from my locker. And he replied it was not his fault that I didn't put a lock on it while I was working out. And he got really mean with me and terminated my contract without any reasons no my behalf. And told me to never retrain to that gym in a very rude and mean way. I never had problems with them till that time and instead of trying to sit the guy and me down and working it out, he kicked me out of the gym while I am the victim.
I believe that he has a problem with me cues I was not borne here.
