Kelly A Leonhard has a reputation of running social service into the ground.  She is prejudice towards people who do not look like her ( fat, not attractive and angry).  As psychotherapists , we dont make a whole lot of money considering the population we serve.  Most supervisors at this place of employment realize this, and therefore make work enjoyable by treating us as professionals.  Kelly A Leonhard is the exception.  She enjoys micromanaging, she is not a team player, she dictates and no matter what your expertise or education is she is right and you are wrong. She will send hateful e-mail about what you are doing is all wrong and you have to change what you have been trained to do.  She does not have very good communication skills, she is brash and offending. She has no reguard for people and is out to injure people who do not argee with her.   She fire's people who have been working at the instution for a long time.  If you are white male watch out, or an attractive female.  I am making this report because it is the only thing i can do to inform the next person who may belive she should be in prison
