Lifestyle Deals Now.com Unauthorized charge to credit card Internet

Firm charged my account for a product I never ordered.  I don't know how they got my credit card info.  I am still waiting for a refund from the firm that processes and supports their transactions.  I have never heard of this firm prior to the charge posting to my account.  The firm that charged my account was bgrsupport.com.  Here is a copy of the conversation with them:

Samantha: You have been charged by Lifestyle Deals Now it an authorized reseller of make money at home products.

Me: That charge is bogus, I never signed up for it
Me: It needs to be refunded

Samantha: You signed up for a similar program in the past and that company lost their fulfillment contracts and was unable to continue providing your service. The company that we support has improved the website,provided you a new user name and password so you can take advantage of our new improved material.

Me: I have never signed up for any such thing, the charge needs to be refunded
Me: what is the name of the firm that placed this charge?

Samantha: Well this subscription could have been something you signed up for quite a while back and maybe you just forgot to cancel. What i can do for you is cancel the subscription so you will no longer be billed after this transaction.
Samantha:

Me: cancel the subscription

Samantha: I am sorry for the confusion, maybe someone else in your house hold may have signed up for this and did not remember to cancel it. Because you are not aware of this charge I am going to go ahead and refund this charge for you. Please allow 7-10 business days for he money to be returned to your account.

Me: what is the product that I signed up for?
Me: ok, I will look for the refund, thanks

Samantha: This is a web site where you can make money at home products

Me: ok, no one signed up for this. This some sort of scam marketing
Me: I'm going to report them, thanks for your help

I am a software engineer and have never been in the market for these types of products.  Further I cannot even find the website.  Whoever is behind this sight is unlawfully charging people's accounts probably hoping they will not notice the charges.
