Lifestyle Direct LLC - Lifestyle Innovations Television Series - Lifestyle Direct TV - Thinking In Motion Did not deliver and refused to refund $17,500 which is in breach of our signed contractual agreement. Deerfield Beach Florida

On 25th September 2007 we signed a contract with this company to promote our product. The contract stated the following:"the participant will participate in the Lifestyle Innovations series which will be aired 100 times through a combination of regional and national slots in the top 100 designated markets on Bravo, WGN and/or equivalent networks reaching up to 85 million cable and satellite subscribers. All airings will occur between 8am and 6pm Monday-through Sunday". The contract also states that they would "draft a one page press release on PR Newswire to all major media outlets announcing our involvement in the show". We travelled from Australia to Florida for the shoot on November 30th 2007(a further $6,000 spent).
So far we have not cited the PR release, nor have we seen the media schedule for the 100 slots. The contract also states that if the production company fails in its responsibilities cited in the contract, the participant is entitled to a refund of the slotting fee ($17,500USD).
We have other date stamped emails confirming all of the above. The company has failed to perform as it agreed to. We have reason to suspect that their business practice is questionable(perhaps even a scam). We have requested a refund of our fees $17,500 USDwhich we are entitled to, but the company is avoiding our communications.
