This is a credit card ripoff. An unauthorized charge appeared on my credit card. I contacted the number, 877.954.7490, note that it is a different phone number than the previous report on this Company, and was told that they, American Support, were a third party biller. The gentleman, George Moore, who gave me the information, after waiting 22 minutes for the second time, i got V/M on the first call, informed me that he would remove the charge and I will see the credit in 3 business days. I will file another report if I do not receive it.

I have not yet received my refund and when I phoned today, 12/1/12, it was answered 24-7 Support, instead of AMSLTDSUPPORT as it had been previously and which the transaction on my bank statement showed as the payee, and I was informed by Caroline that the charging company was actually Lifestyledealsnow.com and that it takes 5 to 7 business days for the refund and that is not over until Monday, 12/3/12, and that if I don't receive it on Monday then I should call back. I will post another update then. I believe that all the Companies, Lifestyledeals.com, Lifestyldealsnow.com, AMSLTDSUPPORT.com and 24-7SUPPORT.com, all all the same Company!
