Mr Abdur Rahman contacted me by email (4/14/2010)to provide special effects services and provide equipment for a Kareem Rush music video.
after negotiating and agreeing to a price for rentals and services i heard nothing until the day before the video shoot.
the agreed to services were performed and i was assured i would be paid. I was not too worried as i had worked with Mr Rahman previously on a video that was used within an hbo series and all bills were paid.
I sent an invoice and was assured that i would be paid. after being put off/ ignored several times . I was assured by phone and email on 7/12/10 that i would be paid next week upon his return from New York. the bill amount was never disputed.
Mr Rahman's phone no longer accepts my calls and i have gotten no response from email or faxes.
I have contacted Kareem Rushes production co and they said they would contact him, yet I have heard nothing
