this is a govt website and costs nothing. It may not solve everything but will at least cut down on the number of calls she gets form sales people.

if you need people to talk to all these angry people on here; why don't you hire people in the us to answer the calls. Everyone needs jobs here not in india!

I work for the Light Relief company. I am sorry that you are going through a difficult time with your mother. Our system whether it is a live rep or automated system treats each person the same; they both adhere to a strict script we have in place; there is no douping anyone. When your mother called our automated phone system picked up to place the order, it was not a live rep so there is no way it would have understood "no". We always have the call recording to reference for these situation. Typcially, the customer pays to return the order and is issue a refund less s/p as advertised. Please email marya@lightrelief.com and she will be happy to assist you with your mother's order. Thank you.
