I received a Bridesmaid dress that had pleats missing, zipper bunching and one side of the dress hangs lower than the other. I provided pictures to customer service and asked for a refund due to a defective product.
Three times they have offered me a partcial refund. $40, $66, and today $80. The other option is to send it back at my expense. $185 dollars to ship back a dress that cost me $200. I'm contacting my credit card fraud department today.
Light in the box does not care about their customers. They have your money and know you won't return the product because you'll be out even more money.
