Upon searching the web for a cover or shawl to wear to my son's wedding I came across this site, desperate to acquire this item I ordered a faux fur shawl. In addition, paid the expedited shipping of over fifteen dollars. The shawl arrived 13 days later... Once opened it turned into the scariest looking piece of fabric I have ever seen. Reminscent of a WHooly Mammoth... Tried their website several times to return without success. I've given up on the return, their products are cheap and defective. The hairy thing was shedding large fake black hairs everywhere.. Absolutely grotesque. This online company should be investigated and shut down permanently. Obviously not shipped in time for wedding (thank god) along with it's hefty shipping fee!!! The item needs a cage, it's simply that horrific. Consumer beware is an understatement. Lightinthebox products are hideous to say the least. Definitely a lesson learned.....
