You can send emails, those never get answered either. When you log in and tell them there leads are bogus, they will decline the refund!
It went from .99 cent leads to 2.99 to 9.99 leads costing me 1000 or more a month and losing
half the business befor new system went in to effect!
I have been with them 10 years now, it seems to me the new owners are out to make them the most money and not the limo companys!
My advice is to stay away from this company. They have this one click reservation, where they tell the cust its a deposit of 15%, then they tell the limo companys its a discount, The cust gets scamed out of 15% up front, They say they cant give email address out, yet when the cust does a one click reservation they give address, email address and phone numbers along with CC #. This is the only way to confirm it is a legit ride!
Now they say the federal govt has made it a federal law, that it is illegal for them to give us the customers CC#, They say they will now process cust cc upon booking, then give you money by direct deposit, When infact, we could contact cust to get all billing info and charge cust at time of service.
