SEO Reputation Management at its best!

My experience working with Lincoln Mortgage was terrible. The representative that I worked directly with was Jill Kirk. She assured me from the beginning of the process that she was very familiar with the type of loan that I was obtaining. However, after COUNTLESS avoidable mistakes; settlement delays; speaking with her manager Sandy Pearlstein and the vice president of Lincoln Mortgage, Chris Wilhelm; it was obvious that Lincoln Mortgage did not have the knowledge or experience they claimed to have had. Every representative that I spoke with at Lincoln Mortgage provided some of the worst customer service I have experienced. I would advise anyone considering Lincoln Mortgage to seek a more reputable and customer driven Mortgage company to avoid the grief and stress that I endured working with Lincoln Mortgage.

In response the compliant on the Customer Service, Lincoln Mortgage did everything within there control to close the loan in a timely fashion.  The loan was broker out, the borrower knew that from the disclosures that were issued.  There was communication with the borrower the entire time...  We did not meet the original set, day one.  We refund > $500.00 in fees to borrower who ironically Thank us for going out of our way to make him better about the inconvience.

Lincoln has 20 years of exprience in closing 203-K loans, one clients comments do not cover all the satisfied customers comments & RIP OFF does not have HAPPY CUSTOMER Web site.

Response to Customer Compliant

AUTHOR: Christofer L. Wilhelm - ()

In response the compliant on the Customer Service, Lincoln Mortgage did everything within there control to close the loan in a timely fashion.  The loan was broker out, the borrower knew that from the disclosures that were issued.  There was communication with the borrower the entire time...  We did not meet the original settlement date, we settled 3 days later.  We refund > $500.00 in fees to borrower who ironically Thank us up and down for going out of our way to make him better about the inconvience.     Intergity is crucial to any person character, this Statement in line of accepting money & throwing 3 people who worked hard to get the loan to closing...

Lincoln Mortgage has closed several 203-K loans, setting expectations is always tough when buyers/borrowers have their own expectations...

The exprience we took from this case is to instuite a policy on all 203-K must have a settle date > 90 days...
