My husband has short and long term disability with Lincoln. He has been out of work since August 30 2012.  He has two pages of results of his MRI and several things wrong with him. After the waiting period he got a couple of checks, then they stopped ,we get nothing in the mail from them and they won't answer calls when you call ,you can just leave a voicemail.

After several attempts Ken calls back and says he didn't get the fax, we go fax it again, still nothing. We have everything we faxed including the confirmations saying  that yes he did get the faxes.  He called and got our banking information and sent a direct deposit of a small amount. My husband called again monday to make sure he now has everything  of course leaving a message .  He doesn't call again until today, telling my husband he isn't disabled enough to get anything and then saying he never got anything. 

We are tired of the games and are seeing an attorney tomorrow.  They should not be allowed to sell insurance just to scam people . I hope decent companies stop doing business with these people . Ht Hackney is a big company and should think more of their employees than to subject them to this shabby treatment.
