Our Firm is Representing Ami Paff and has a a Docket Number and Refrence Number filed in Civil and Criminal Court along with the Industrial Board of Appeals.. A Jugdment has been found in Ms. Paff's Favor in the Amount of 20k.. Linda Coughlin 's Assets her homes, banl accounts any assets have been siezed and and all attempt to continue will be done so.. As far as her slanderous and punitvated damages case we will be vindicated. Linda Coughlin owes the IRS, State, Labor and many many Vendors. Her homes in CT.. and Cars are going to be siezed. As long as she continues to obvously slander my client the more she strenghtens our case.. The Industrial Board Appeals Website is available to view just put in her name and Bankrupt company Paralalles.com.. She is so grabing for staws. I hope anyone reading this will know that AMi Paff  grew Parallales on her own and generated a quater of amillion in revenue in in 3 months and was given a raise in her salary and carte blanche in PTO!! If thier was any fraud going on it was Linda Coughlins own behavior and there are SOOO many people after her money you have too stand on line. She Owned Metro Home and SCAMMED people on that to. Her reputation is less than Stellar . We have won a Jugdment and with the Labor Dept and Industrial Board of Appeals on UNPAID WAGES with GROWING INTERSETS paid daily!! So Youy Mrs. Coughling give it up.. I am in New York and practice in many states>> Why Rea you in the Virgin Islands?? i would say that  its to escape JAIL TIME and !! along with all the people looking and suing YOU!! I represent t Ami Paff who fell VICTIM of SLANDER ANDFRAUD of LINDA COUGHLIN who WAS owner of PARALELLES.CO ANDMETROM HOME.. Linda has slander my client who is not only being receivind an award in for m of a JUGEMENT from the Dept. of LABOR in the amount of 20,000 plus is being redid presented by us for Slander and Punititave Damages.. Linda is a Con Artist and has stolen and ripped off 90% of all employees and Vendors. She is a Liar and Scammer and has attempted to damage my clients REPUTATIO, I ADVISE that amy attemting to do business with LIND ACOUGHLIN DO NOT.. I have the JUGDGMENT REFERENCE NUMBER and we have put LIENS on her ASSETS!!
We will be Vindicated. and Ami Paff has been severly damaged by Mrs. Coughlin 's slanderous
REMARKS.. Ami has bee turned doen for employment due to this and MRs. Linda Coughlin will pay Monertarliy very dearly for this.. AMI PAFF never had access to to credit card information and only contacted potential clients to see if they would be intered in joing the site. The Bookeeper Taze was the BOOKEEPER and ACCOUNTANT FLORIN VICOL were charging clients.. for mebership and any other services on QuickBooks.. DO NOT NOT BELIEVE OR FALL FOR LINDA 's BULLSHIT SHIS A DESPARATE SUCIDAL BOTAX INFLATED FAILURE< LIAR< FRAUD AND CON. As the owner of Paralelles.com, I hired Ami Paff to market my web site.  She posed to me that she was an extraordinary telephone sales person.  What actually happened is that Ami, herself always contacted the business owners.  She was 100% responsible for taking the sale from start to finish and securing the credit cards of these women.  We totally trusted her to represent our company. 

Once she made the sale, the delveriables, ie advertising, radio show interview were processed and handled by myself.  If there was ever a contract dispute,  would hear about it that time.  At all times, if there was an issue, I would 100% return monies.  It finally became apparent that Ms. Paff, was taking credit cards and charging women that had not agreed at all to be charged.  I mitigated as much as I could and finally fired her.  I also admit that I did not pay her for any severence as at the time, i was returning  monies to members, monies that she had already been paid commission on.  I strongly felt that she was not due any pay for wrecking havoc on my business and mis representing what we were actually doing.

I was unaware that any of these were posted and apologize to anyone that was ripped off by Ami Paff, who is a true socio,path and I later found out is on medication to treat manic depression. She filed this report because I fired her and I did not pay her for her last two weeks of work.

Ami Paff was hired by me in may of 2007.  I hired her without doing any DD  within a few months both my PR reo ( who knew her from another source) and another friend told me to let her go.  I should have taken the loss at that time.  Ami cost me many problems, she fraudlently charged clients, runied my reputation with groups I belonged to and became a huge liability.  I deeply regret that I ever hired her.  Yes, I always supported women and women owned business's until I met Ami Paff and learned how much damage a non functioning person can do to ones business.  I trusted her, I thought she could represent me> I  was naive.  She is a not someone anyone can trust to be an employee etc etc

Seriously think about it as i have asked anyone who has brought this up.  If youhad a good performing employee would there be any reason to let them g?   ever. 

If you had a good employee, all one would want to do is make sure they were paid and paid well.  Her contract eneded in may of 2008 she was paid and paid well until july of 2008.  anyone that would like those records is welcome to them
