As one of the individuals involved in this fiasco, I can speak to the facts.

Cliff, rather than blame the wrong victim, it would be truly productive to take responsibility like a man and not hang up on your clients. Take ownership and make amends for your poor business practices and people wil not feel the need to expose you online like this.

Also, be truly professional and do a spell-check next time.

Lastly, I do not believe your claim that nobody before has ever complained about your services, or lack therteof.  Any reasonable person would be offended by your conduct.

My name is Cliff Lindquist the owner of LIS or better known as Lindquist Investigation Services.

We have been in business for over 11 years here in Escondido, CA and never had anyone complain about our services. Unfortunately it comes with the territory that we get all sorts of calls from kooks, to those who want revenge from their boss or spouse or they bare a grudge to society to the type here who made this complaint
to the Rippoff Report. Unfortunately we have to turn many away because of high caseloads or because of their sometimes illicit actions they want us to help them to pursue. I recall the issue here. It was a very disturbed woman who felt that she was not getting her answers fast enough from us. Each time she called us she seem intoxicated on the phone. She was apparently seeking revenge from her spouse and fearful of losing a good deal of money as I recall it. In fact it was her who was rude and threatening but like I said before, it comes with
the territory of being a PI. We are professionals and quit capable of handling most investigative needs.

I hope that the Rippoff Report will give us the same opportunity to respond in kind to the person who made these false allegations to our good name and business. Cliff Lindquist
