Lindsey Management - Foxrun Apartment LINDSEY MANAGEMENT exploits the poor Fayetteville Arkansas

my roommate and i had only lived at foxrun apartments for a week when we returned one day to find water all over the kitchen floor. a repairman came out and briefly checked for a leak, but said he found none and we should call if it happened again.

only 2 months later, on easter sunday we returned to a flooded apartment. after a call to management wheels were in motion, and a different repairman came to investigate. what he found was a busted, still pouring water, water heater.

shortly after, the management, Marilyn Moody, came to help. after laughing at our situation and saying "that's apartment living." she made calls for the repair of the apartment.

we were then told by Marilyn Moody that our damaged property would not be replaced, it would take 48 hours before we could return to our apartment, and they would not supply any alternative shelter.

when we returned two days later to a still unlivable apartment, we were furious. two floor fans and the ac window unit circulated the musky air and we were still able to squish water out of the carpet. when we called Marilyn she said it was fine and it would only be another day before we could come back.

we contacted the main office on the matter and were told first that we could move into another of their apartments, but it would start an all new contract and we would still be liable for our exsiting contract. only a day later we were told there was no other apartments available.

after staying with friends for 6 days and still being unable to return to a livable apartment, we told foxrun apartments and lindsey management we would be moving out. we have now been turned over to a collection agency for breaking our contract.

lindsey management is a unethical, corrupt company that exploits the poor and fears no consiqences because of their corporate status. they know that most of their tenants don't have financial means to fight back and have few other options for shelter. this business shows whats wrong with america, the rich getting rich, by making the poor.
