Today i got a letter in the mail from Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson LLP the letter stats that i owe 1,032.06 for a violation of probation and this carge was from 6 almost 7 years ago i have payed my fine n do not owe that what so ever but still being me i went to iowa courts online to find out what the heck so after a hour or so searching for my case i couldnt find it what so ever there was no record of my case number . I couldnt belive this so i got online and looked up this linebarger goggan n blair and in the letter sent to me it states there office is located in urbadale iowa but lo n behold i could not find eny office or satalite office located there or eny were near iowa also on the letter i got from them it says to send check or money to court clerk but they made a small but noticable mistake the address po box and zip code was right but they put ne instead of s for the direction of street address then i got really mad n tryed refining my search for them n it lead me to this site were i found that not only have i been tryed taking for my money but alot of others have from the same company has done it but this seems new for them to go for a violation of probation wow they go from tickets to this! i am very unhappy n want to take further action this is unexceptable n beyond not right shame on u linebarger goggan blair & sampson!!
