Terminated service, transferred number to another provider, but failed to get acknowledgement of termination from Lingo customer service. Due to delays in termination process, I was charged for another full month of service after termination. Fees added to bill increased steadily over past few years and are now higher than competitive services. Customer service is not at all interested in the customer, only in enforcing small clauses in their terms and conditions. Do not subscribe to Lingo for voice over internet phone service. Technical support on connectivity issues is slow and just makes excuses.
